Who are we?

Ozan Öztürk manages the workshop. He is responsible of delicate measurements, colors and patterns and cutting. Ozan has  been with the company since its foundation.

Leyla Derya founded the company in 1998, after working in non-governmental organizations and the university. The first product she traded was meta-soap. After a thorough research and long readings, she started to produce the Katre soaps. She still preserves her non-governmental spirit as the board member of Green Steps for Environmental Literacy - Yesil Adimlar and also teaches soap-making to womens' cooperatives and associations as development projects.

Durrin Goktan is the creative director.
